IRG works within the incentive industry as a Multiple Resource Coordinator. Quite a mouthful to say
"national representative", don't you think? Our mission is to assist companies that want to access the $25
billion incentive/corporate market but don't have the inclination or the resources to do so with an internally-
based effort.

We serve our eight manufacturers (go to our "Products" page to learn more) as their out-sourced national
sales management for the incentive market. We work with over 30 independent manufacturer's represent-
ative groups that specialize in working with corporate clients to develop and execute incentive/recognition
programs. You can see them on the "Local Reps" pages.

IRG PEOPLE
 

Kevin Sullivan - Managing Partner. 

Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the incentive market as both a national sales manager (for Spartus, Skil, and others) and as a regional incentive representative (K.P. Sullivan & Associates) in the Chicago market. Kevin has served as an executive in several trade associations. Kevin brings his skills as a salesperson and marketer to the management of several IRG suppliers.  Outside of IRG, you will find Kevin flying the friendly skies in his plane.

Mike Addington - Supplier Administrator. 

Mike brought his years of experience in customer service and computer program knowledge to IRG in 1999.  A native of nearby Los Angeles, Mike moved to the Palm Springs area after a decade of living in Des Moines, Iowa.  His ability to "make things happen" helps clients meet tight deadlines.  When Mike is not at IRG he passes the time going to baseball games, drag races, movies and listening to music.

Aaron Dewees - Customer Service. 

Aaron is the newest memeber of the IRG team from Harlan, IA.  Aaron brings administrative and computer support to our operation, helping us respond more quickly to client's inquiries.  An energetic person by nature, you can't leave a phone conversation with Aaron in a bad mood.  Aaron likes to pass his time by surfing the Net, listening to music watching movies and is a baseball fanatic.
